Please join us for an engaging presentation by Jason T. Collett, President, Adaptivity Development, LLC on More Than Motivation, Change the Game.  In today’s competitive business world, senior leaders are required to know more than just their field of responsibility in order to thrive in business.  Across the board leaders are required to do more… Operations Leaders deliver critical employee communications, Finance must understand market demands, Marketing must adjust to operational constraints, and it is essential that HR Leaders leverage the biggest asset of the organization as a competitive advantage… people.  Jason will discuss and share examples of reframing and articulating presenting problems so that strategic people solutions can: 1) Prioritize issues, 2) Solve problems at the lowest level, and 3) build strategic leader credibility among senior leaders/C-Suite.
