Cancellation/Refund Policy

Members and guests of Columbia SHRM are expected to register before chapter meetings, workshops and social events for planning purposes for meals and seating. 

Registration normally closes at NOON Monday of the meeting week. This also is the deadline for any cancellations. Pre-paid guest fees will not be refunded after the deadline.

For your convenience, we accept online credit-card payments in advance. Registered guests (or their member-hosts) may choose to pay the guest fee plus $5 at the door to attend a regular chapter meeting.

Unfortunately, if you are unable to attend a meeting or event as planned, we still incur the meal expense and will invoice you for a $10 charge for a no-show.  This also may be paid with a credit card online.
